Viewing the Instruments, a music and theatre production, was created with funding from the Wellcome Trust Sciart Fund and went on a premiere tour in 2003. The work is based on the original piece Le Tableau de l’Operation de la Taille by the 18th century French composer Marin Marais, which details the surgical procedure of bladder stone removal.
